I was involved in a significant brand transformation project where we assisted Likvidum with a name change to Trygga. This project included developing an entirely new brand positioning, brand platform, and visual identity. The transformation was grounded in comprehensive brand research conducted with the help of Novus, ensuring that our strategy was data-driven and aligned with market insights.
We started by analyzing the existing brand perception and identifying areas for improvement. Based on these insights, we crafted a new brand narrative that emphasized security, trust, and customer focus, which are core values for Trygga. The new brand platform included a detailed brand manual to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
To further support this transformation, we developed an online Brand Portal. This portal serves as a central resource for all brand guidelines and assets, making it easy for team members and partners to access and apply the brand consistently.
The transformation not only refreshed the brand’s appearance but also reinforced its market position, leading to increased brand recognition and customer trust.
